Through a Web-based interface, Focus Manager supports the configuration and entry of profile definitions for any business object. The Focus Manager also ensures a constant 360 degree view of your candidates and their activities.

Roles and Permissions

Form collaborative teams that model real-world business complexities through the Roles and Permissions system. Relationship models define a user's role, possible interactions, and access permissions to business objects. Users have a single login and password across your enterprise IT infrastructure, enabling security and personalization while maintaining the flexibility required to support collaboration. The Roles and Permissions system is fully configurable through a web-based interface.

Personalization

Delivering meaningful information easily is critical to ensuring success with partners. The Personalization framework provides users with controlled, appropriate content through views, menus, and portal interface to the system. System users can configure their own portal interface with personal preferences. Role-appropriate views and menus are configurable by business administrators. The content is targeted at the user's profile and controlled by their access permissions.

Collaborative Workflow

Dynamic partnering requires the management and coordination of actions across multiple organizations. The Workflow framework provides tools for managing and automating collaborative business processes. These tools include: management of events; task definition and assignment; configurable alerts providing notification or requesting approval; and automated assignment of responsibilities.
